Job summary

Marksmen General Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction activities in the San Antonio area. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with owners, subcontractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management on commercial or industrial builds, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and QC standards.
• Proficient in Procore and MS Office (Excel, Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction projects ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Support Superintendent with project needs and handoffs.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend meetings.
• Review change events and manage document control.
• Process pay applications and manage project budgets and SOVs.
• Oversee close-out submittals and warranties.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and collaborate with Estimating.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage procurement and buyout.
