Marksmen General Contractors is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence. The role demands hands-on leadership across preconstruction to closeout with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations and quality control.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: uphold project safety standards on all jobsites and lead safety talks.
• Schedule Management: drive project timelines and update the Schedule Update Checklist.
• Preconstruction & preinstallation: participate in planning and support take-offs and RFIs.
• QA/QC: verify elevations, benchmarks and layout; ensure compliance with plans.
• Subcontractor Coordination: lead weekly meetings and manage safety and quality.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain daily logs, timecards, and inspections.
• Inspection Coordination: schedule OAC meetings and AHJ inspections/observations.
• Site Mobilization & Demobilization: manage site setup and removal of equipment.
• Punchlist Management: oversee prepunch and punch list before closeout.
• Resource Management: plan hourly resources and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Mentorship & Team Development: provide guidance and share best practices.
• Site Security & Sanitation: manage site access and maintain cleanliness.
• Compliance & Administrative Tasks: verify work completed and document accordingly.
