Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Washington, DC to lead complex commercial real estate projects from planning through close. You will drive scope, budget, schedule, and quality while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in a related field and a PMP or equivalent certification, plus 7+ years of experience managing multi-faceted programs.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
