Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Chicago to lead and deliver complex commercial real estate projects. You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while guiding cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a strong client focus within a culture of teamwork and inclusion. On-site work in Chicago is expected with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
