The Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for all preconstruction and construction related aspects of construction projects, including the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning, site preparation, design, construction, and transition in and out of the space. Drives decisions related to design, constructability, budget, schedule, and other project related matters. Effectively establishes priorities for the completion of projects on time, within budget, and schedules all resources needed accordingly.
