Cook Children’s in Fort Worth is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee preconstruction and on-site activities across planning, site preparation, design, and transition stages. You will drive decisions on design, constructability, budget, and schedule, and set priorities to complete projects on time and within budget, coordinating resources and stakeholders.

Summary: The Construction Project Manager manages preconstruction and construction related aspects of construction projects, including the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning, site preparation, design, construction, and transition in and out of the space. Drives decisions related to design, constructability, budget, schedule, and other project related matters. Effectively establishes priorities for the completion of projects on time, within budget, and schedules all resources needed accordingly.
Qualifications: 5 years of construction or project management related experience with progressive responsibilities managing a project budget greater than $5 million.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Valid driver’s license in the State of Texas
