Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country. The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path is looking for people with strong technical skills, good communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Duties for Senior Project Managers include: Leading and managing project teams, overseeing project budgets and full P+L responsibility, managing subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, processing pay requests, change orders, RFIs, schedule tracking, submittals, safety protocols, and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
• 7+ years of construction experience
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project for scheduling
• Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
