  • Lead project buyout, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and long-lead purchasing.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators.
  • Help establish standardized project management processes, reporting, scheduling, forecasting, and project startup/closeout procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the GRIT Construction Playbook and company-wide operational standards.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, software implementation, KPIs, technology initiatives, and continuous improvement.
  • Help build strong subcontractor and vendor relationships as GRIT expands into new projects and markets.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with ground-up BTR, multifamily, townhomes, production homebuilding, custom residential, or stick-frame construction required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, buyout, job costing, and change management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop Project Managers and project teams.
  • Experience improving processes or helping build systems within a growing construction organization is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Procore, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
What We're Looking For
