Job summary

Samuel James is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the project management function from its Spring Hill, Florida base. The role sits above four project managers, reporting to the COO, and requires on-site leadership with statewide travel.

Expect oversight of budgets, schedules, and multi-project delivery using JobTread and Buildertrend. Travel across Florida is expected; base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 plus a company vehicle or car allowance and per diem for overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Around eight years in commercial or industrial concrete project management.
• Strong plan reading and coordination with engineers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four project managers with accountability to the COO.
• Review detailed plans, engineer coordination, and catching uncertified drawings before procurement.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across a wide range of contract values.
• Budgets, schedules and tracking in JobTread/Buildertrend.
• Regular site visits with photographs and notes.
• Senior point of contact for customers, general contractors and suppliers.
