Job summary

The role offers a base salary of 150k–175k plus a company vehicle, phone, an end-of-year bonus, and potential commissions for bringing in new business. HS Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background with experience in project management and estimating.
• Experience with convenience store and other ground-up construction projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all projects and operations across multiple states.
• Provide project management and estimating input across phases of construction.
• Lead and support teams, solving issues as they arise in the business.
