Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee execution of concrete formwork projects, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control. You will supervise Assistant Project Managers, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and develop processes to deliver total concrete solutions across assigned projects.

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience required; BIM/AutoCAD proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years' work experience performing similar primary position responsibilities.
• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
• Expertise with reading structural drawings and performing CAD utilizing formwork engineering methods, such as BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects.
• Oversees jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning installation, safety, and quality.
• Responsible for managing project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies and practices.
• Oversees management of assigned projects including working with local team to develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions.
• Supervises the activity and development of Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company's ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversees monitoring of the overall safety and quality issues on the project.
• Manages development and coordination of material and equipment schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
