Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Prepare customer proposals and preliminary project schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Create detailed project information and cost reports.
• Coordinate with Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan.
• Manage logs, submittals, and changes to align with budget.
