Job summary

Blentech Corporation in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Project Manager Specialist III to lead high-value capital equipment projects from concept to commissioning. You will balance engineering specs, manufacturing timelines and customer needs to deliver on time and within budget.

As the Level III PM, you’ll own end-to-end delivery, manage global stakeholders, oversee budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering and fabrication teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing or capital equipment.
• BS in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; able to engage at boardroom and shop floor levels.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End ownership from Sales hand-off through design, fabrication, FAT, and final installation.
• Serve as primary contact for global customers and manage expectations throughout the build cycle.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability while mitigating risks.
• Drive collaboration between Mechanical Engineering, Automation, and Fabrication teams to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate the logistics of large systems and specialized transport for installation at customer sites.
