Job summary

Blentech Corporation, based in Northern California, seeks a Project and System Engineer III to lead complex capital projects, drive advanced process engineering design, automation integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will own high-value projects from $2M to $15M+, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership and major customer stakeholders to deliver tailored process solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering complex process engineering and systems-heavy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment with PM, Applications Eng, and manufacturing to manage schedules and drive improvements.
• Design, implement, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes and automation integration.
• Own high-value projects from $2M to $15M+ with autonomy and minimal oversight.
• Perform complex process design calculations, mass/energy balances, and scale-up from pilot trials.
• Apply advisory engineering skills to tailor process solutions for customer needs.
