Job summary

Procon is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Denver, CO area to lead multiple complex construction projects from development through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing schedules, QA/QC, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction management experience, a related degree or equivalent, and a strong background in project controls and owner’s representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required or 20 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management supporting quality assurance, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-site processes for compliance with drawings, security, and codes.
• Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects.
