Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and experience demonstrating the ability to profitably complete commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-discipline teams on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide full ownership of project delivery, including financial performance, schedule adherence, risk management, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment with company objectives.
• Lead multiple complex projects or large flagship projects simultaneously, ensuring all scopes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Direct Project Managers, APMs, Project Engineers, and coordinate with field leadership teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and sequencing strategies for complex projects.
• Oversee procurement strategies, long-lead planning, subcontractor buyout, staffing plans, and logistics for all project phases.
• Review and validate project estimates, budgets, schedules, and contract documents for alignment with preconstruction and operations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, and partners and mentor junior staff.
