You will report to the VP of Operations and oversee estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout while aligning with client expectations, budgets, and safety standards. The role emphasizes mentoring project teams, coordinating with clients, vendors, and architects, and driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required.
• Strong financial acumen and contract knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Project, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex commercial and federal projects from proposal to closeout.
• Define project goals and execution plans with VP of Operations.
• Manage project lifecycle with adherence to contracts and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules and budgets.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, billing, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop the project management team; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Lead client meetings and ensure proactive communication with owners and architects.
