Job summary

Poli Construction Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for commercial and federal projects in Orlando, FL.

You will lead daily field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with a focus on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction with supervisory experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of field operations, safety standards, and project scheduling.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet jobsite security/badging requirements.
• Must pass background check and have insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, develop pre-plans and maintain updated project schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, logistics, and on-site equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and safety standards.
• Document daily activities using Procore and track field changes and inspections.
• Host and document weekly site meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Lead punch list closeouts and ensure readiness before handover.
• Maintain site logs and QA/compliance records.
