Job summary

Stantec’s Austin studio seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects and mentor teams across higher education, civic, healthcare, and commercial sectors. You’ll partner with Principals-in-Charge to grow the practice, manage client relationships, and ensure design excellence from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and RA required.
• 10+ years of architectural leadership across complex projects.
• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, complex architectural projects through all design and construction phases.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, building trust and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Principals-in-Charge on business development and pursuits.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget; mitigate risks.
