Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead clients through planning and integrated design of complex buildings. You will develop proposals, manage BIM updates, and work with design and construction teams to meet budget, schedule, and design intent.

The role requires PMP-certified leadership, 10+ years in complex building projects, and strong client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience with PMP certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a strong background in complex buildings projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through planning and creation of fiscally responsible designs.
• Develop integrated design proposals and maintain building information model updates.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall work plans to achieve target financial performance.
• Direct client invoicing and manage contractor payments and changes.
