Job summary

Origin Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial sprinkler projects in the Greater Boston area. You will own multiple installations from turnover through testing and closeout, coordinating with design, fabrication, field teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in water-based sprinkler systems, a bachelor’s degree, and strong experience delivering complex healthcare, education, or high-rise facilities in compliance with NFPA and MA requirements.

Qualifications

• Progressive commercial sprinkler construction experience.
• Direct PM responsibility for water-based sprinkler projects.
• Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and MA construction rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, schedules, procurement, submittals, and closeout.
• Coordinate with field leadership on labor, safety, and sequencing.
• Maintain cost-to-complete, cash flow, and projections.
• Communicate with owners, GCs, design teams, and vendors.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers.
