Job summary

Ideal Building Solutions is seeking aProject Manager to lead roofing installations for commercial properties in Norcross, GA. The role is in-office Monday–Friday with travel as needed, and involves managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to post-construction.

The candidate will coordinate with estimators, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, prepare progress reports, and handle contract negotiations as projects evolve. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Familiar with PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and asphalt shingles.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the project management life cycle of roofing installations from pre- to post-construction.
• Review estimates with project estimators and determine material needs.
• Schedule budgets, timelines, and safety plans; draft contracts for subcontractors.
• Manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality per standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to company and clients.
• Negotiate contracts during changes and renegotiate with contractors.
