You will lead safety initiatives, mentor staff, conduct bid and cost evaluations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers and vendors. The company values quality, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial paint coatings estimating or project management.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience responding to RFPs and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish a safety- and people-first culture on projects.
• Mentor, coach, and develop all team members.
• Oversee bid and cost evaluation for each project.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, project teams, architects, and vendors.
• Lead preconstruction planning and monitor progress and budgets.
• Present cost, schedule, and budget updates regularly.
• Review project documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify innovative solutions and resolve complex issues.
