Job summary

Cherry Coatings in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial paint coatings projects from start to finish. The role requires 5+ years in estimating or project management, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus to support diverse client needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, lead project teams, and ensure safety, budgeting, scheduling, and quality across all phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Paint Coatings estimating or project management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish a safety & people-first culture.
• Mentor, coach, and develop all team members.
• Ensure complete bid & cost evaluation for each project.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, project teams, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Respond to RFPs and deliver formal presentations.
