Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager in Orange County/LA area to oversee a growing portfolio of TI, Commercial, Office and Healthcare projects. The role offers a clear promotion path to Senior Project Manager and beyond, with senior leadership involvement and a strong voice in strategic growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience with a general contractor background and conceptual estimating skills. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, ESOP, 401(k) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years project management experience recommended.
• Experience with a General Contractor.
• Conceptual Estimating experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management team and manage the day-to-day operations.
• Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
• Negotiate change orders.
• Manage permit and occupancy with government agencies.
• Manage and update budgets.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team.

My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Orange County/LA Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.

Job Offer
