The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, HVAC, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, contracts, and controls.
• Able to oversee multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction and mechanical projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Set objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for successful delivery.
• Track costs, labor productivity, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and teams.
• Promote safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
