Stancil Services seeks a senior Project Manager 3 to lead high-profile commercial and multi-family projects, driving performance, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll mentor PM-1/PM-2s, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with builders to uphold craftsmanship and trust.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years in related PM roles, and strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project-management experience in commercial drywall/paint.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to sustain partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile commercial projects from planning to close-out.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships for success.
• Act as primary liaison with key builder and general-contractor partnerships.
• Mentor PM-1s and PM-2s and coach teams for performance.
• Coordinate with field operations to align sites and offices.
