Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, managing projects valued between $1M and $8M. Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely completion. In addition, proficiency in ProCore and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.

Formación

• 7-10 years experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry.
• Experience managing projects sized $1M to $8M.
• Ability to learn and use various software programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage several projects simultaneously.
• Work with project design team and clients from start to completion.
• Attend and conduct construction project meetings and take minutes.
• Generate project construction schedules and work closely with the Superintendent.
