A well-respected general contractor in Mansfield, CT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects. The role offers the opportunity to own project financials and manage subcontractors. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years in construction project management, preferably with experience on projects above $5M. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary between $115,000 and $130,000. Local candidates only, as relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably commercial.
• Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance.
• Experience leading projects in the $5M+ range.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Own project financials including budgets and cost control.
• Serve as primary client contact and deliver clear updates.
