You’ll work closely with the Project Executive and site teams, guiding engineering, planning, and field coordination. The role requires a four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years of PM experience in self-perform contracting, and proven ability to manage $5-10 million projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on self-perform General Contracting.
• 5+ years of hands-on on-site management of projects ranging $5–$10 million.
• Strong understanding of project processes, cost control, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision by establishing objectives and aligning with Project Executive.
• Oversee construction to meet design, budget, and schedule targets.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; mentor project engineers.
• Manage cost, change orders, and cash flow to maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety programs, quality documentation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
