Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a respected General Contractor in Jackson, Wyoming, to lead day-to-day execution of $40M+ hotel/hospitality projects, oversee project controls, cost, and the business management of multiple projects.

Candidates should hold a four-year degree and have 15+ years of commercial construction PM experience on projects between $30M and $80M, plus proven ability to mentor three to five PMs or engineers.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and at least 15 years of PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing three to five PMs or engineers across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of complex building systems.
• Proven success shepherding design-build from RFQ to closeout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using Procore and project scheduling software.

Senior Project Manager

A local reputable General Contractor is seeking a senior professional with a background in large Hotel/Hospitality projects. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution of $40M+ projects, project controls, cost, and business management of multiple projects. Our ideal candidate would be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

Role And Responsibilities

• Professionally represent us as the primary interface with the Owner and the Design Team.
• Collaborate with the estimating team during the bidding and preconstruction phases of projects.
• Management of all project team members, including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and interns.
• Mentor, develop, train team members for growth.
• Accountable for project completion and financial success.
• Research and recommend a resolution for document interpretation issues, potential conflicts, and errors

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Requirements Of Senior Project Manager

• A four-year degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management for Commercial Construction projects between $30 Million and $80 Million in value.
• The ability to manage and mentor three to five Project Managers or Project Engineers that oversee the daily operations of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of complex building systems.
• Proven success with shepherding design-build projects from the RFQ process through final closeout documents.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Experience using web-based Project Management Solutions, preferably Procore.
• Experience using Project Scheduling Software.
• Must be able to multi-task on multiple projects in various stages of the construction process.
