Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, estimate work packages, and develop new business opportunities within assigned clients or regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
2. Establish project objectives, policies, and standards.
3. Coordinate with clients and architects/engineers.
4. Estimate work packages and monitor project progress.
5. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
6. Lead project meetings and maintain documentation.
7. Ensure timely completion of project close-out documents.
8. Distribute contract documents and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
9. Attend project meetings and solicit proposals.
10. Handle project correspondence and permit applications.
11. Manage construction phase to meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals.
12. Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
13. Ensure prompt payments and disbursements.
14. Monitor staffing, evaluate performance, and address employee issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
