Job summary

Thomas Young Group, a fast-growing commercial construction firm with a strong Texas footprint, is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to lead project plans, schedules, and client relationships in the Dallas area.

You will manage budgets from $5M to $30M+, oversee procurement, ensure quality and safety, and mentor internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Procore is required; a track record of delivering complex commercial projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience as a Senior or Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $30M and above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of project plans and schedules.
