Job summary

LatentBridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery for a cloud infrastructure, AI, and governance programme in New York. You will drive schedule management, RAID governance, and executive communications across a two-phase, 22-week engagement with phased, part-time allocation.

Key duties include coordinating gate approvals, managing scope changes, and ensuring formal sign-offs while supporting a smooth operational handover to the client.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-phase enterprise technology projects.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks and issues with named owners.
• Proven track record in stakeholder facilitation and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master delivery plan and milestones.
• Govern RAID, dependencies, risks, and issues with owners and dates.
• Coordinate client stakeholders and steering committee decisions.
• Manage scope changes and assess impact on effort and timelines.
• Coordinate acceptance testing, release approvals, and sign-offs.
• Track knowledge transfer and operational handover activities.
