Job summary

LatentBridge in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of a 22-week cloud infrastructure and AI integration programme, with two sequential phases and 0.5 FTE allocations, ensuring gateway prerequisites, milestones, and phase sign‑offs.

You will maintain the master delivery plan, proactively govern RAID and dependencies, run stakeholder reviews and steering meetings, and drive formal acceptance tests and operational handover to production.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects involving cloud infrastructure, API management, and integration.
• Proven ability to maintain multi-phase delivery roadmaps, resource schedules, and burn rates.
• Proactive RAID and dependency management with clear owners and dates.
• Stakeholder engagement through governance meetings and executive reporting.
• Experience with SOWs, change control, and milestone acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models using Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master delivery plan, milestones, resource schedules, burn-down metrics, and executive progress reporting.
• Track access prerequisites, dependencies, risks, and issues with named owners and resolution dates.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, architecture reviews, weekly delivery check‑ins, and steering decisions.
• Manage scope changes and evaluate impact on effort, timelines, and commercials.
• Coordinate acceptance testing, release approvals, governance reviews, and sign‑offs.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational handover with thorough documentation.
