Base pay range

$105,390.00/yr - $179,100.00/yr

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee implementation, operations, and development teams to deliver strategic projects across various groups, including Fulfillment, Transportation, Payments, and Omnichannel/Enterprise Commerce. Responsibilities include managing resources, schedules, and dependencies through the full project lifecycle, and coordinating with Operations, Technology, and Logistics teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Client Onboarding within the Operation Support group.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, report, and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans
• Communicate effectively to establish clear expectations and timelines
• Guide project resources, monitor efforts, and address issues and risks
• Manage change requests and assist in prioritization
• Lead project meetings and advise management on impacts of changes
• Communicate implementation options and provide recommendations
• Apply a hands-on project management approach and learn technical workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project management experience in tech or e-commerce
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams
• Understanding of business needs and technical solutions
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.)
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience with e-commerce companies preferred
• PMP or similar certification preferred

Travel

• This position is remote.
• Up to 25% travel to Radial centers, offices, or client sites in the US and Canada may be required.
