Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Manager to lead facility engineering and cleanroom infrastructure initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will manage GMP/compliant projects involving cleanrooms, HVAC, material and personnel flows, environmental controls, and capital modifications, coordinating with Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.

This contract role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 10+ years in pharma with 7+ years PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with cleanrooms and controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Manage engineering design reviews and contractor activities.
• Coordinate cleanroom and HVAC improvement initiatives.
• Support construction planning, execution, and turnover.
• Drive schedule development and project tracking.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Support commissioning and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.
• Ensure projects meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
