Scott Humphrey has partnered with a well-established Commercial General Contractor to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Class A corporate interior projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, build strong client and design-team relationships, and effectively lead internal and external stakeholders to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing Class A corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or high-end commercial interior projects.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of interiors, MEP coordination, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects through preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Review estimates, drawings, and contract documents for accuracy.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, procurement plans, and milestone requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Lead weekly owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld and closeout documentation is completed.
