Job summary

Rick Engineering Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Tucson office to lead multidisciplinary teams on landmark residential and commercial land development projects. You will mentor staff, support office leadership, and drive growth and profitability while engaging with clients and public agencies to realize project vision.

Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Arizona registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or ability to obtain via reciprocity), and a minimum of

BSCE degree and AZ PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
20+ years of relevant residential and commercial land development experience.
10+ years of management experience supervising engineers, designers and support staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor design teams and staff in the Tucson office.
Assist office leadership with administrative functions and overall office management.
Manage project schedules and budgets; oversee contracts, proposals and scopes of work.
Coordinate with clients and public agencies to advance projects and maintain relationships.
Ensure design direction, planning and goals are aligned with client needs.
