Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Utah Professional Engineer preferred or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and client management with budgeting and scheduling.
• Represent the firm in client communications from kickoff to completion.
• Develop scope, budgets, milestones, and QA/QC for deliverables.
• Prepare and negotiate client agreements, terms, and changes.
• Monitor project financials, invoicing, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Office Management, Practice Leaders, and team members.
