Job summary

Apex Companies seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Fullerton, CA headquarters. Candidates should have 8+ years in civil engineering leadership, strong project management, and expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools.

This role offers a pay range of $126,000–$187,000 USD annually and eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus potential annual bonuses. Key duties include leading projects, coordinating staff, and interfacing with clients to deliver quality civil engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil engineering experience or AE-related work.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent AE experience.
• California PE registration or 12+ years AE experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and staff across disciplines.
• Meet with clients to discuss work and performance.
• Draft, review, and manage PS&E and bid packages.
• Perform QA/QC and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-office teams and stakeholders.
