Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in its Civil Engineering group to lead diverse projects, draft and review site plans, and provide mentorship to junior staff. The role emphasizes technical reporting, hydrology/hydraulic studies, and construction-support activities to turn plans into realized projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and advance toward senior PM responsibilities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Competenze
- 2+ years? (must have project management and leadership experience)
- Experience drafting and reviewing site plans and construction documents
- Strong engineering reporting skills
Mansioni
- Collaborate with production team to draft and finalize site plans and construction documents
- Mentor and guide junior staff on project tasks
- Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations including hydrology/hydraulic studies
- Provide construction support, permit applications, and quantity estimates
- Proficiently use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software
- Develop and grow project management skills through training and mentoring
