The role emphasizes delivering projects over $1M, improving delivery capability, maintaining HSE standards, and reporting concisely to site leadership. A BS in engineering or PMP, with 5+ years PM experience, is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or PMP certification required.
• 5+ years in a related industry with PM, startup and commissioning experience.
• Proven project and portfolio delivery across full lifecycle.
• Experience managing portfolios > $4M and projects > $1M.
• Knowledge of process equipment such as pumps, vessels, and heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with automated process control in manufacturing.
• Positive attitude, team player and proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and manage the most risky and challenging (major) projects.
• Ensure capital is invested efficiently through application of the PM system.
• Improve project delivery capability through systems and people development.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Performance Standards and regulations.
• Assemble and lead multidiscipline project teams and coach site staff.
• Provide concise project reporting across nominated sites.
