Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects for electronics industry customers. You will drive project scope, risk analysis, and execution across all phases, coordinating with customers and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. PMI-PMP certification is preferred and the position offers competitive benefits and a stable work

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and safely execute assigned capital projects to baselines at internal and external Electronics customer sites.
• Manage project progress and risk mitigation during all phases including funding, design, procurement, installation, turnover, and capitalization.
• Create and present monthly project status reports and chair monthly project steering team meetings.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to plan and integrate projects into existing operations.
• Ensure completion of all project deliverables and safely transition projects to the Facility Manager.
• Represent Air Liquide to local code officials and coordinate construction permits and inspections.
• Ensure OSHA-PSM and EPA-RMP requirements are identified and completed to plan.
• Manage relationships with project Customers, vendors, and project resources; conduct customer reviews and status updates.
