Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 15 years experience in project management or construction management in a high-tech setting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMI-PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and managing multiple project teams preferred.
• Ability to convey project status to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a safety-focused culture on a complex project site.
• Experience in a PMI/PSM/RMP environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Provide updates on assigned projects to business unit leadership.
• Coordinate activities of one or more Project Managers and/or Senior Project Managers and their teams.
• Guide teams to project baselines at internal and external Electronics customer sites.
• Ensure projects advance beyond a baseline budget at strategic customer sites.
• Prepare and present monthly status reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to integrate projects into existing operations.
• Ensure completion of all deliverables and safely transition projects to the Facility Manager.
• Foster relationships with customers, vendors, and project resources.
• Conduct customer-facing project reviews and status updates.
• Advocate for and manage change orders and scope changes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
• Provide guidance for change management and customer relationships for cross-entity projects.
• Participate in new project development activities and collaborate with BD, Operations, and Project Development teams.
