Air Liquide is hiring a Project Director in Phoenix, AZ to lead large-scale projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery at major customer sites. The role requires deep program management experience in high-tech environments and a proven ability to manage complex scopes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 15 years experience in project management and/or construction management in a high tech setting or other relevant experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for supporting assigned project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Provides updates on assigned projects to business unit leadership.
• Supports and coordinates the activities of one or more Project Managers and/or Senior Project Managers and their assigned project teams.
• Guides project teams responsible for assigned projects to project baselines at internal and external Electronics customer sites.
• Responsible for projects advancing beyond a baseline budget or multiple projects advancing beyond a baseline budget at a single strategic customer site.
• Create & present monthly status reports on assigned projects to business unit leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to plan and integrate projects into existing operations.
