Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Oracle, seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Nashville campus development within Oracle’s Real Estate & Facilities. You will lead design, permitting, construction and delivery across multiple phases, ensuring budgets, schedules, and governance meet strategic goals.

You will coordinate with Facility Managers, IT, Legal, Finance, and external teams, driving continuous improvement and executive-ready status reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Lead teams through all phases of project development, including implementation, delivery, documentation, occupancy readiness, and financial closeout for Nashville campus projects.
• Oversee planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phased campus development initiatives aligned with long-term strategy for Nashville campus.
• Apply governance methodologies with stakeholder engagement, risk/issue management, meetings and reporting.
• Develop project justification narratives and drive internal approvals for funding.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives using EV/DI metrics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, agility, sound judgment, and change-management sensibility.
• Collaborate across Facility Managers, Planners, Workplace Design, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and others.

• Interface with Oracle’s Global Workplace Design team to ensure adherence to workplace standards.
