Job summary

The Walsh Group's Walsh Construction Company II, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager for a multi-billion dollar campus project in downtown Nashville, TN. You will lead project controls, scheduling, and client relationships, while mentoring the team to deliver on time and on budget.

Candidate should have 10+ years' experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong knowledge of BIM coordination, MS Office, Bluebeam, P6, Procore, and ACC. Relocation to Nashville considered for top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience required with project delivery from start-up to close-out.
• Knowledge of excavation, grading and soils practices.
• Experience delivering Class A+ office spaces.
• Experience managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Computer skills include MS Office, Bluebeam, P6, Procore, ACC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project controls: cost, planning, scheduling, engineering and team management.
• Lead project start-up, execution and close-out.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash resolution for VDC staff.
• Manage Prime and subcontract requirements.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Forecast costs for job completion and update cost reports.
• Develop and mentor the project team, including interns.
• Ensure safety, site rules, cleanliness and logistics.
• Collaborate with Safety Manager to achieve superior safety performance.
• Review preliminary schedules and cost-to-complete reports.
