Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• Experience with building commissioning, performance consulting, or related project delivery.
• Ability to manage complex projects across planning, budgeting, scheduling and client communication.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commissioning and building performance projects from planning to closeout.
• Serve as a primary advisor to clients and ensure project satisfaction.
• Proactively manage risks, contracts, resources, budgets, and profitability.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project teams.
• Support proposals and identify additional client service needs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and safety while meeting client and EEI goals.
