Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building infrastructure projects with strong technical, financial, and operational discipline. You will drive delivery from contract kickoff through commissioning and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, scope, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and internal resources while acting as the primary customer advocate and decision-maker, leveraging your risk management and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience in building infrastructure, construction, or energy-focused projects.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex building infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and internal resources; act as primary customer advocate and decision-maker.
• Apply proactive risk management and maintain quality and clear communications to drive predictable outcomes.
• Reinforce Stark Tech's project delivery standards across the organization.
